Join Master Distiller Tyler Schramm on this in-depth tour of BC's only certified organic distillery. Discover behind the scenes insight into craft distilling and the production of organic spirits. The Tour is followed by an organic spirits tasting in our cozy tasting room & shop.
- Learn the art and science of organic craft distilling, including malting, mashing, fermentation, distilling using hand-operated copper pot stills and barrel aging.
- Children under 19 are welcome to join the Tour accompanied by an adult.

About Pemberton Distillery - Established in 2008, Pemberton Distillery is one of BC's original Craft Distilleries and the only Certified Organic Distillery in the Province. We specialize in award-winning organic spirits including the world's only organic Potato Vodka, Gin, Absinthe, Whisky, Schnaps & Liqueurs. All our spirits are crafted entirely on-site at our family owned and operated distillery.
We malt and mill our grains, crush our potatoes and fruits, prepare our own mash and fermentation and distill using hand-operated copper pot stills. Recipes and production are developed in house by founder and Master Distiller Tyler Schramm (Msc Brewing & Distilling, Heriot-Watt University Scotland; Diploma Brewing & Distilling, Institute of Brewing & Distilling (IBD))
Most of our spirits are made from distilling the elite Pemberton potato - a rare art as almost all spirits today are made from grain.
Our ingredients, recipes, production and spirits are Certified Organic to the Canadian, US and European National Standard. We do not use commercial enzymes, GMO products or any chemical or synthetic additives at any stage of our production.
Tour & Tasting runs approx 1 hour

Sorry no pets allowed in the production area and tasting room due to health & safety. We do have shaded space with a water dish outside the tasting room where you can tie up your pet.
